Responsibilities
Provide overall project management leadership for an ERP replacement initiative, ensuring alignment across business, IT, and third-party teams
Partner closely with an external consulting group leading value stream mapping and requirements definition
Coordinate project planning, timelines, milestones, and deliverables through the ERP selection phase
Facilitate stakeholder engagement across warehouse operations, distribution, logistics, and corporate teams
Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and third-party vendors
Ensure consistent communication, documentation, and follow-through on action items and decisions
Support vendor evaluation and ERP selection activities, including requirements validation and stakeholder alignment
Identify project risks, dependencies, and constraints and proactively manage mitigation plans
Provide executive-level updates and reporting on progress, risks, and recommendations
Support onboarding, process familiarization, and knowledge transfer during early project phases
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Project Manager on ERP implementation or ERP replacement initiatives
Strong background working with warehouse management, distribution, and transportation/logistics environments
Experience in fresh produce, food & beverage, regulated distribution (such as medical or pharmaceutical industries)
Demonstrated ability to manage third-party vendors and consulting partners
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical teams
Experience leading requirements gathering, process mapping, or value stream mapping initiatives
Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
Comfortable operating in environments with evolving requirements and future-state uncertainty
