Inside Account Sales Representative
Virtualite is a Business Process Outsourcing Services company that helps entrepreneurs and organizations streamline operations through virtual support and digital process management. They are currently seeking an Inside Account Sales Representative to manage and grow client relationships by engaging prospects and existing accounts, identifying service solutions, and building long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities
Contact prospective and existing clients through outbound calls, email outreach, and follow-ups
Qualify leads and identify client needs through discovery conversations
Present Virtualite’s services and recommend tailored solutions
Manage account activity, notes, and pipeline updates in CRM systems
Support renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and client experience
Qualification
Required
Strong phone presence and written communication skills
Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple accounts
Goal-oriented with the ability to work within a structured sales process
Tech-savvy and able to learn new tools and service offerings quickly
Preferred
Experience in inside sales or account management is a plus but not required
