Responsibilities
Interact with our policyholders and claimants through phone, text and email to gather and investigate claim facts
Evaluate coverage and estimate damage for our customers in order to settle claims fairly and in a timely manner
Manage the claim file and any involvement by Vendors, Experts and Independent Adjusters
Work with Personal and Commercial Lines Underwriting to identify any risk related issues
Maintain good relationships with agents, policyholders, and all company personnel
Trainees are required to get licensed
Qualification
Required
Ability to learn industry specific software applications applicable to performance of position responsibilities
Attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively in written correspondence
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
