Responsibilities

Support the flow of information between marketing, creative, digital, and sales teams by ensuring marketing calendars are accurately and timely maintained

Identify opportunities to streamline communications and flow

Assist in the execution and deployment of email marketing campaigns

Maintain database integrity by managing manual unsubscribes and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR)

Perform quality assurance checks on all outbound emails to ensure links, images, and copy are accurate

Support the ongoing needs of paid search and paid social media advertising. Liaison between agency and internal team

Responsible for trafficking creative assets between internal teams and external media partners

Ensure all campaign materials (banners, videos, copy) meet technical specifications and are delivered according to the media schedule

Manage invoice processing and billing for the marketing department, ensuring vendors are paid on time and expenses are coded to the correct budgets

Liaise with the Finance department to resolve any billing discrepancies

Collate data and generate regular reporting on campaign performance across various channels

Assist in identifying trends and providing actionable insights to optimize future marketing efforts

Oversee the administration of the gift card program, including fulfillment for promotions, customer loyalty rewards, and corporate gifting initiatives
