Basic understanding of MEPs and able to work with subcontractors that are difficult to motivate
Must be self-starter, resourceful, creative problem solver, and clear communicator
Qualification
Required
Experienced in multi-story buildings (reno & ground-up) valued at $5Mil+ including foundations/piles
Commercial Super (School Renovation/Medical) OR Luxury Residential Super (Condo/Multi-Family Renovations/Additions)
Responsible for building a construction schedule and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Basic understanding of MEPs
Able to work with subcontractors that are difficult to motivate
Must be a self-starter
