Technical Program Manager (3rd Level Support)

Responsibilities
Lead failure analysis and root cause initiatives for field issues spanning BIOS, OS, FW, and HW domains
Develop and implement targeted solution strategies for affected products based on technical assessments
Manage executive escalations, ensuring prompt resolution and effective communication with stakeholders, including executive leadership, customers, and partners
Provide regular status updates, both written and in-person, regarding critical issues and progress
Collaborate with HP’s product planning, R&D architecture, execution, sustaining, customer service, and supply chain teams to drive issue resolution and continuous process improvement
Qualification
Required
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in project and program management, quality, lean six sigma, or a related field
