The role involves developing, training, and testing machine learning models while gaining hands-on experience in Machine Learning to support operations within the team.

Responsibilities
Clean, preprocess, and analyze large amounts of operational datasets for Machine Learning
Assist in designing, writing, and debugging code for ML models
Work with other groups within the Water Solutions Unit on real operational issues
Stay current in ML advancements and new techniques and implementation ideas
Support with integrating models in products or platforms and track their performance
Qualification
Required
Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to present complex technical information to non-technical audiences
Strong analytical skills, problem-solving, and business acumen
Proficient in Python or other coding languages
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to be a positive representative of the Company both internally and externally
Ability to always work with respect and cooperation with fellow employees and customers
Must be committed to always working safely
High school graduate or equivalent at a minimum
Currently pursuing a college degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or AI/ML specific path degrees
Requires a valid driver's license
Preferred
Exposure to the Oil and Gas industry a plus
