Responsibilities

Lead and execute continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies

Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for optimization

Conduct time studies to evaluate cycle times and identify bottlenecks

Design and execute systems of experiments (DOE) to validate process improvements and optimize parameters

Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures

Interpret engineering drawings and apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles to ensure compliance with specifications

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process-related issues and support new product introductions

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report progress on improvement initiatives

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field)

Ability to read and interpret engineering prints and GD&T

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Six Sigma Green Belt certification

Experience in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement projects

Familiarity with aerospace or industrial manufacturing standards (AS9100, AS13100) is a plus

Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA) and CNC programming

Individual must be a Citizen of the United States, or Permanent resident alien of the United States, or Protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324(a)(3)
