Responsibilities
Need Technical Account Manager/ Technical Project Manager/ Technical Program Manager who has solid understanding of wireless technologies such as 5G SA, 5G NSA etc. and good to have WiFi understanding as well
Keeping track of OEM NPI devices launch with Client networks
Interacting with internal Client teams – Device certification team, Product team etc
Interacting with third party/ OEM lab teams
Interacting with OEM teams to make sure NPI device launch is on track or any deviation is there
Interacting with internal Client teams to keep track of device launch
Getting feature requirements from Client team and conveying it to OEM teams so that technical aspects of feature are understood and if any challenges from OEM teams in integrating feature in device
Interacting with OEM & Client internal teams for device’s MR (Maintenance release) and any feature addition in MR s/w
Making sure OEM devices are getting Technical Approval for NPI devices and further MR releases from Client
Doing hands sanity testing of device/ feature based on requirement (not in lab environment). For e.g. device is getting camped to n/w, calls are getting connected etc. This is not a primary requirement
