Responsibilities
Serve as the subject matter expert on technical partner integration solutions for PremiumPay and ClaimsPay
Lead core system integration projects, including environment configuration and API contract communication
Document technical requirements and use cases; collaborate with Solution Architects to maintain integration diagrams
Support internal teams in resolving production issues and assist sales teams with technical opportunities
Analyze and synthesize information from multiple sources to identify true business needs
Manage multiple initiatives independently, engaging stakeholders to define concepts, review specifications, and secure approvals
Coordinate deliverables and updates with project managers; work closely with developers and QA to align on technical requirements
Conduct end-to-end testing to ensure solutions meet requirements
Travel up to 25% to partner and client locations within the United States
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent experience is required
4+ years of recent experience in a SaaS environment is required
Experience gathering, creating and managing requirements is required
Experience building UI mockups & wire framing mockups is required
Experience working on third party integrations, REST APIs
Preferred
Insurance industry experience is highly desired, including policy management and digital payment
AGILE Development & SCRUM methodology experience is preferred
Experience working with complex projects with multiple tasks and subtasks
