Required
Principal-level backend engineer with deep Java / Spring Boot expertise
10+ years of backend engineering experience, including 5+ years at the senior or principal level
Strong PostgreSQL experience, including schema design and performance optimization
Experience architecting, scaling, and operating backend services in the cloud (GCP preferred; AWS/Azure acceptable)
Solid understanding of distributed systems and API design
Preferred
Startup experience is a BIG Plus!
Experience with messaging platforms (email/SMS)
Experience with full-stack development
