Responsibilities

Responsible for the planning, execution and management of complex and large transformation engagements for TCS clients

Accountable for the successful delivery of all project phases, releases, and project components for transformation projects related to SAP, key focus on SAP S/4HANA using TCS’ delivery methodology based on SAP ACTIVATE

Manage program level status, metrics, issues and risks and oversee overall completion and sign-off on program deliverables

Coordinates project timeline with her/his teams to ensure checkpoints and goals are met to the client's satisfaction

Collaborate with the project manager in the management of overall resource allocation and capacity planning for the project

Provide leadership and guidance to project managers and client leadership teams assigned to the projects

Collaborate in scoping prospective engagements and developing proposals

Leverage his/her broad business and technical expertise to address key topics related to technology architecture, design, business model, integration and organization change management

Attending and participating in discussions with senior management and CxO level and be able to influence their decision, communicate competitive intelligence from the field

Plan and manage events for customers to showcase TCS experience, industry and product trends and expected outcome for the customer
