Responsibilities

Operate assigned CNC machinery with a focus on maintaining production schedules, ensuring optimal machine performance, and meeting safety standards
Ensure all produced items meet strict quality control requirements, conducting regular checks and inspections to maintain product specifications and quality standards
Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments to equipment, identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production flow
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings, understanding specifications to ensure accurate setup and machining of parts to required tolerances
Utilize basic measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions and ensure parts meet precise requirements
Perform all other duties as assigned

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Demonstrated work history with steady employment and minimal gaps
Proven reliability and punctuality to support production schedules

Preferred

Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
Previous machine operation experience strongly preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
