Responsibilities
Architect and implement scalable, cloud-native data and AI platforms on GCP
Design and operationalize end-to-end ML pipelines , MLOps frameworks , and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
Lead the development of semantic search and vector-based AI solutions using FAISS or Pinecone
Partner with engineering, legal, security, and AI governance teams to ensure compliant and responsible AI adoption
Provide technical leadership and best practices for enterprise data engineering and AI initiatives
Qualification
Required
15+ years of experience in enterprise data engineering, AI/ML, or cloud-native architecture
Strong hands-on expertise with GCP services, including BigQuery, Vertex AI, and Dataflow
Advanced proficiency in Python, REST/JSON APIs, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
Proven experience designing and scaling MLOps and RAG-based AI solutions
Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional data and AI platform initiatives
