Responsibilities

Learn to provide leadership to a team of Drivers (Route Sales and Service Representatives - RSSRs)
Ensure unsurpassed customer satisfaction and push the team to achieve operational goals
Participate in a hands-on, well-structured management-training program
Direct efforts designed to maximize new business accounts and further the penetration of existing accounts
Be responsible for account retention
Complete progress reports and participate in company-sponsored management development workshops

Willingness to relocate during or after training to manage their own team within the first 3 years of the career
