Emdego Provider Partners is a growing locum and perm staffing firm, seeking a Business Development Manager to expand partnerships with healthcare organizations. The role focuses on developing new client relationships, opening accounts, and driving placements to support providers and the organizations they serve.

Responsibilities
Develop and grow new client relationships
Open hospital + clinic accounts and drive placements
Work closely with recruiting to meet client needs
Represent Emdego in calls, meetings, and events
Qualification
Required
BD experience in healthcare staffing (locums preferred)
Strong communicator + natural hunter
Entrepreneurial, proactive, and growth-focused
