Masterfully configure and control CNC machines to fabricate components that match intricate blueprints and technical orders
Serve as the go-to expert for reading and deciphering blueprints and work orders
Ensure optimal machine performance by closely monitoring operations and performing any necessary adjustments
Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting, ensuring our equipment runs like clockwork
Uphold the highest safety and quality standards throughout the production journey
Collaborate with talented team members to refine production processes for better efficiency and effectiveness
Diligently document production activities and machine output data
Qualification
Required
Possession of a high school diploma or GED
Demonstrable experience as a CNC Machinist or related position
In-depth knowledge of CNC programming nuances and operational functions
Proficiency in decoding technical schematics and guiding documents
Familiarity with quality assessment tools and standards
Meticulous attention to detail paired with robust problem-solving prowess
Adaptability to work both solo and in a dynamic, team-driven setting
Flexibility to cover extended hours and overtime duties when required
Proficiency in Equipment Troubleshooting
CNC Tooling Expertise
Experience in CNC Machine Repair
Capable of Preparing Machine Setups for Production Runs
Strong in Troubleshooting CNC Machines
Manual Machining Competency
Tool/Die/Mold Repair Artistry
Experienced in Tool/Die/Mold Setup
Preferred
Advanced technical training in machining is highly valued
