Business Development Representative – NSH Product

They are seeking a Business Development Representative to coordinate business development efforts, generate partnerships, and promote Learning Source's platform product within the medical community.

Responsibilities

Explore new opportunities and develop innovative strategies to build sustainable relationships with business and community leaders across a variety of industries, organizations and others to generate and capture demand for Learning Source
Develop, organize and execute strategy to cover a large geographic area, which includes on-site information seminars and presentations, on-premise presentations, job and career fairs, and other lead generating events
Execute marketing plans, in conjunction with Corporate Marketing, to promote the company’s product offering to constituents
Design and execute effective sales strategies to meet aggressive sales goals
Lead initiatives to generate new business clients and new strategic relationships
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
Outlining and managing sales budgets; Actively participate in all steps of the sales process
Meet all required monthly goals and expectations
Regular, consistent, on-time attendance is an essential function of the job

Required

Candidates must physically live and work in the United States
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field or 3 years of demonstrated success in attracting and retaining business-to-business, outside sales or account management experience with a significant product or service and preferably within a large, diverse geographical area
Experience and skill in territory management and development, as well as lead base management
Capability to launch new territories successfully as demonstrated by prior territory development experience
Solid working knowledge of all local, state and federal education regulations
Familiarity with social media, LinkedIn and other professional networks
Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
Strong decision-making skills

Preferred

Knowledge of networking to the medical community is a plus
