Responsibilities

Translate business and therapy strategies into clinical evidence plans to enable clinical insights which drive evidence generation
Own the development and lifecycle of integrated evidence roadmaps
Drive upstream and downstream alignment with R&D, Regulatory, HEOR, Marketing, and Clinical Affairs
Identify and apply real-world datasets (EMR, claims, registries) and AI/ML tools to enhance clinical strategy
Collaborate with Data Science to explore digital biomarkers and AI-enabled clinical insights
Guide integration of digital health tools into study design or strategy
Support cross-functional core teams with clinical strategy expertise from concept to post-market
Monitor progress, resolve risks, and adapt plans based on closed study insights and market feedback
Review and prioritize External Research Program (ERP) and Collaborative Research Studies
Partner with key opinion leaders and scientific advisors to validate strategy direction
Collaborate with Medical Affairs and publication teams to drive timely, impactful dissemination
Ensure regional evidence needs are captured and incorporated into global strategy

Required

Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of clinical research, strategy, or program management experience OR
Advanced degree with 5+ years of clinical research, strategy, or program management experience
Requires comprehensive management expertise and the ability to lead project teams within a department

Preferred

Master's degree (MS, MPH, MBA) or PhD in life sciences, engineering, or public health
At least 1 year of leadership experience (e.g., leading programs, workstreams, or cross-functional teams)
Experience in a healthcare environment, preferably within medical devices or regulated clinical research
Knowledge of neuromodulation, pelvic health, pain, or neuroscience therapy areas
Strong familiarity with real-world evidence (RWE), AI/ML applications, or digital health
Experience influencing upstream pipeline and downstream reimbursement/market access strategy
PMP certification or formal project/program management training
Excellent stakeholder communication and scientific writing skills
