Responsibilities
Design tech specifications with product partners
Write large-scale production quality data pipelines
Architect, design, develop, deploy and operate services for the team that serve millions of users
Be a technical leader within the team you work with and within the company in general
Be a valued member of an autonomous, cross-functional agile team
Be a leader of the client-wide backend/data developer community affecting and driving our architecture across the company
Hack on what you want during regular hack days and bi-annual hack weeks
Qualification
Required
10 + years of experience with delivering end-to-end production-quality data/backend solutions at scale
Experience with designing tech specs and modular architectures for frameworks in ambiguous problem spaces
Expertise with Ray, Hendrix, Scio, Java, Python, Dbt, BigQuery, Sql
Experience/Interest in collaborating across multiple teams in various disciplines
Experience/Interest in taking ownership in complex, ambiguous problem spaces
