Responsibilities
Lead monthly/quarterly finance reviews, annual planning, and long range planning efforts
Partner with business to work on network equipment procurement and deployment
Develop and report/dashboard key metrics to proactively help business understand trends, both opportunities and challenges
Develop/evolve governance norms to ensure we are procuring to planned deployment and minimizing E&O
Lead cross-functional projects to identify opportunities to drive efficiency (value identification) and report on progress to help the business team achieve the target efficiency/cost savings (value capture)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience
10 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree
Preferred
Experience with procurement/supply chain for networking equipment, routers, switches, optical equipment
Understanding of statistical forecasting methodologies - linear regression, probabilistic, and decision tree based
Ability to influence without authority and confidence to interact with all levels, set objectives, drive results, be a team player
Ownership mindset, and ability to advocate for and challenge business initiatives
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams
