Senior Dryer Engineer

Support and/or lead projects by delivering efficient engineering design and execution that maintains or improves contract profitability while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Serve as the Project Manager on select projects, with responsibility for scope, schedule, and execution
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
Exceptional customer service and stakeholder management skills
Highly self-motivated, proactive, and decisive, with strong commercial and business acumen
Demonstrated sales awareness and customer-focused mindset
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams
Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities appropriately
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software tools
Recognized as a subject matter expert with extensive knowledge of processes, products, and engineering principles
Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, or a related discipline
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar engineering or project-focused role
Proven experience with sanitary fabrication design
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as required
