Director of Brand Marketing
Scout Global is a high growth AI Start-up seeking a senior, creative, hands-on brand marketing leader. The Director of Brand Marketing will own the full brand story, drive demand through creative campaigns, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand performance.

Responsibilities
Build and scale a brand that drives demand. Turn awareness into engagement, inbound interest, and sales pipeline growth
Own category. Define the narrative, shape the conversation, and make sure they lead the space
Create a unified brand engine. Connect storytelling, content, PR, design, and community into one cohesive GTM force
Launch bold brand activations. Deliver ideas that get noticed, talked about, and shared
Partner cross-functionally. Align brand strategy with product, growth, and sales goals for measurable impact
Own PR & communications. Shape industry narratives, build credibility, and influence decision-makers
Experiment relentlessly. Push creative boundaries through new formats, partnerships, and unconventional ideas
Lead and inspire. Grow and mentor a world-class brand, content, and design team
Qualification
Required
8+ years in brand marketing, or creative leadership
A background in B2B Tech (Not an agency background)
A passion for AI
Have gone through a major rebrand
Proven success leading rebrands or major brand transformations
Experience building and managing creative, content, and PR teams
Deep understanding of digital storytelling and integrated marketing
Exceptional writing, storytelling, and creative briefing skills
A strong grasp of how brand drives GTM and business growth
