DARCARS Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Business Development Representative (BDC) / Internet Sales to join their team. In this role, you will serve as the digital bridge between the dealership and customers, guiding them through the purchasing process and ensuring an exceptional experience with every interaction.

Responsibilities
Pull and manage leads through our CRM
Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, text, chat, or email
Serve as a knowledgeable first point of contact on products, services, and the DARCARS brand
Convert online interest into in-store appointments
Follow communication scripts to maintain consistency and quality
Log all customer interactions in real-time
Build strong working relationships with dealership personnel
Meet or exceed performance goals, including response time and conversion metrics
Learn and train with the manufacturer to become an expert
Qualification
Required
Sales BDC Experience Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
To be computer savvy
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
High energy, positive attitude, and a team-first mentality
Ability to multi-task and manage leads efficiently
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and most holidays
Not Remote Eligible
Preferred
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or call center environments
Automotive experience a plus, but not necessary – we provide full training!
CRM experience (e.g., DriveCentric, VinSolutions, Elead)
