Provide excellent customer service to clients and patients in person and over the phone

Check in/out patients and schedule appointments

Process invoices and collecting payments

Manage the cash drawer

Assisting with maintaining accurate medical records

Provide support to team as needed

Qualification

Required

Veterinary experience is required

Required knowledge of general office practices and procedures, receptionist and telephone techniques

Ability to perform clerical work with speed and accuracy

High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience with veterinary medical terminology and procedures

Experience with computers, veterinary software, and multi-line telephone system

Excellent communication and customer service skills
