Strong experience with: Capability modeling, Process modeling, Information architecture, Architecture frameworks (TOGAF, ArchiMate or similar)
Ability to translate business challenges into architectural solutions
Strong communication skills for stakeholder management and workshops
Experience with AI tools, AI enablement, or AI transformation programs is a strong plus
