Revenue Cycle Performance Specialist - Project Management/Process Improvement

Responsibilities
Operationalizing and maintaining successful education programs for Community Health Network
Researching and aligning educational resources with strategic focus areas
Leading and supporting project management initiatives related to revenue cycle operations
Ensuring timely execution of deliverables, stakeholder alignment, and adherence to best practices
Driving continuous process improvement efforts utilizing methodologies to identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and enhance overall performance
Monitoring key performance indicators through reporting and analysis to assist in identifying trends, driving change, and promoting training initiatives
Collaborating with operational leaders and Finance, serving as a liaison between the various sites of care and the Cooperative Business Office
Identifying best practices using data to prioritize and foster solutions for the highest level of revenue cycle efficiency and excellence
Qualification
Required
At least eight years of experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree
Four (4) years of relevant experience in project management and process improvement initiatives
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, education, or related field
Experience with Epic EMR
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Lean Six Sigma certification
AAPC, AHIMA, NAHAM, HBI, and other relevant certifications
