Responsibilities

Review BI activities to track and trend quality indicators. Compile summary for quality meetings. Identify areas for improvement and work with the rest of the Strategic Initiative team to implement corrections

Develop, track, and analyze operational KPI’s that will drive positive outcomes for our patients and employees through data visualization software (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

Evaluate workflow processes and results to create strategy for improved efficiency processes and metric analytics

Conduct internal audits and validations to measure and assure adherence to established BI standards

Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve on patient facing processes across the organization with a focus on driving sophistication, scalability and standardization

Required

Bachelor degree preferred

1+ years of Power BI experience preferred

Demonstrate skills in quality improvement concepts, health care data analysis and the identification of workflow issues, and trends using health care data sources

Ability to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment and decision-making to achieve objectives

Ability to share information effectively and provide appropriate direction, consultation and recommendations to leadership

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
