Required

Strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and ability to work cross-functionally

Preferred

Hands-on experience with Optimizely CMS or other headless CMS platforms (e.g., Content Stack, Sitecore)
Experience in migrating content from legacy CMS systems like Sitecore or Content Stack into Optimizely
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and agile development practices
