Responsibilities

Actively sell premium inventory (premium tickets, hospitality suites, premium experiences, etc.) across On Location’s portfolio
Expand penetration across financial institutions by identifying new buyers, cross-division opportunities, and high-propensity segments
Cold & Warm call to grow the banking business around the world
Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to ensure targets are met
Build and maintain strong relationships across major financial institutions
Serve as On Location’s primary point of contact for key finance industry clients
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth
Use data-driven insights to inform sales strategies and decision-making
Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance and profitability
Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and client interactions
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for premium tickets, hospitality packages, and premium experiences for financial sector

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales

Strong network of contacts within business and finance sectors
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to travel as required
