Responsibilities

Lead complex projects involving multiple-stakeholders with the ability to improve abuse detection systems and mitigate user harm
Drive alignment and strengthen partnership with executive stakeholders across Trust and Safety and other cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, Business Development and Legal
Demonstrate core process knowledge to improve workflows and operational workstreams
Build deep policy knowledge and product expertise to implement, execute and iteratively improve enforcement operations
Possess excellent people management and communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex policy concepts, delivering persuasive communications for executive audiences

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
7 years of experience in data analytics, trust and safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields

Preferred

Experience in building scaled operations, efficient workflow design and process documentation in a trust and safety environment
Experience in crafting compelling narratives intended to influence internal and external stakeholders, as well as presenting to executives in the organization
Knowledge of data analysis, complex problem solving and efficient execution
Ability to solve large unstructured business problems, working closely with cross-regional and cross-functional teams
