Responsibilities
Lead mechanical design for components, features, or subsystems
Create 2D drawings and 3D part designs using Siemens NX
Build, test, and refine prototypes; develop and execute test plans
Perform root cause analysis and design validation
Collaborate with global design, manufacturing, and supply chain teams
Support products from early concept through mass production
Qualification
Required
BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
5+ years of mechanical design experience in consumer electronics
Strong expertise in Siemens NX (3D/2D CAD)
Experience with DFM/DFA, GD&T, tolerance analysis
Knowledge of high-volume manufacturing processes (injection molding, machining, stamping, etc.)
Hands-on testing and analysis experience
Preferred
8–10+ years of product design experience in high-volume consumer electronics
Wearables experience (e.g., smartwatches, bands)
Experience working with Asia-based manufacturing partners
Exposure to highly cosmetic products and human factors
Mandarin or Cantonese proficiency is a plus
