Responsibilities

Grow existing key accounts through expanded services and new solutions

Develop and close new business from warm, high-potential leads

Build executive-level relationships and conduct in-person customer meetings

Lead proposals, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations

Meet or exceed revenue, volume, and gross margin targets

Partner with operations and pricing teams to ensure service excellence

Analyze account financials to identify growth and profitability opportunities

Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline, and forecasting

Represent the organization at customer and industry events

Travel approximately 2–3 times per month (up to 50%)
