Responsibilities
Recruit and place skilled trades talent — including pipefitters, welders, and other industrial craftsmen — for contract-based work
Proactively source candidates through job boards, referrals, mobile tools, and outbound outreach
Build and nurture long-term relationships with both clients and field employees
Collaborate closely with sales and field leadership to understand client workforce needs and deliver solutions
Qualification
Required
3+ years of recruiting experience in Oil & Gas or industrial skilled trades
Strong relationship-building skills with both clients and field employees
Tech-savvy, organized, and comfortable in a high-activity recruiting environment
Willingness to travel regularly throughout the Gulf Coast region
