Responsibilities

Assist engineers with layout, design, and troubleshooting of electronic units

Conduct functional, environmental, and life-cycle tests on prototypes and production models

Analyze test data and adjust/calibrate components to optimize performance

Assemble and maintain electronic systems using schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams

Perform preventative maintenance and resolve equipment malfunctions

Provide technical support and user education for new and existing equipment

Maintain documentation and system logs as required

Required

High school diploma required; vocational or technical training preferred

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in electronics or electro-mechanical systems

Strong understanding of electronic theory, circuitry, and testing equipment (oscilloscopes, DVMs, signal generators, etc.)

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics

U.S. Citizenship required with ability to obtain/maintain a government security clearance

Preferred

Familiarity with ISO/AS9100 standards

Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies

Working knowledge of design, analysis, or ERP software
