Responsibilities

Originate multifamily bridge and ground-up construction loans nationwide

Source opportunities through borrower, broker, developer, and capital markets relationships

Structure loan terms in collaboration with credit and underwriting teams

Manage transactions from initial screening through closing

Maintain and grow long-term relationships with repeat sponsors and referral partners

Stay current on market conditions, pricing, and construction and bridge loan structures

Required

Proven experience originating multifamily bridge and/or construction loans

Established network of multifamily sponsors, developers, and brokers

Ability to evaluate complex transactions and communicate effectively with internal teams

Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven

Preferred

Experience with value-add, lease-up, and development transactions

Familiarity with agency take-out strategies and permanent financing

Track record of closed multifamily bridge or construction loans
