Responsibilities
Build and execute strategic field marketing plans in partnership with the Program Director
Turn brand strategy into memorable experiential moments—events, samplings, partnerships, pop-ups, and beyond
Drive trial and support sales through targeted retail and community activations
Align local programs with national campaigns, brand guidelines, and key partnerships
Work closely with sales teams to support launches, promotions, and key accounts
Manage all the details that make great experiences happen: staffing, logistics, assets, timelines, and budgets
Be the face of the brand in the field—engaging consumers, partners, and retailers with confidence and energy
Capture insights, track performance, and share what’s working (and what’s not) to help the brand grow smarter and faster
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in field marketing or related roles
Experience growing startup or emerging CPG brands
Ability to build and execute strategic field marketing plans
Experience turning brand strategy into memorable experiential moments
Ability to drive trial and support sales through targeted retail and community activations
Experience aligning local programs with national campaigns and brand guidelines
Ability to work closely with sales teams to support launches, promotions, and key accounts
Experience managing details such as staffing, logistics, assets, timelines, and budgets
Ability to engage consumers, partners, and retailers with confidence and energy
Ability to capture insights, track performance, and share findings
