Responsibilities
Conduct monitoring and analysis activities of plant wide vibration data received through normal route-based collection and local/remote wireless monitoring
Install and maintain vibration analysis hardware
Interact with and update third-party software platforms and internal CMMS
Perform data collection and analysis as needed to support equipment troubleshooting
Collaborate with other work groups, including maintenance, operations, engineering, and regional team members to help develop an effective and suitable path forward for equipment issues
Participate in cause for loss (CFL) investigations, failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), reliability centered maintenance efforts (RCM), and other asset strategy optimization initiatives as directed by the Reliability Manager
Apply expertise in precision maintenance practices across suitable mill assets
Execution of predictive maintenance strategies including, but not limited to, vibration analysis, airborne and structure-borne ultrasound, infrared thermography, and fluid analysis (e.g., oil analysis)
Execute lubrication activities (specifically ultrasonic lubrication) in accordance with assigned work orders
Cross-train site team members in predictive and proactive maintenance practices as directed by Reliability Manager and site training plan
Maintain accurate maintenance electronic documentation including labor hours and preventive and predictive maintenance findings
Generate work requests and execute work orders in accordance with Roseburg reliability procedures
Work with operations and maintenance teams to identify and prioritize reliability and maintenance needs
Help meet or exceed production, quality, and reliability goals by supporting best maintenance and reliability practices
Adhere to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures

Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
At least three (3) years of experience performing maintenance and reliability tasks in an industrial environment, including troubleshooting, repair, and preventive and predictive tasks for mechanical systems
Experience using a CMMS
Experience using Microsoft Office suite
Experience working with mechanical systems, fluid systems (e.g., pneumatic and hydraulic), and rotating and reciprocating equipment
Willing and able to work in elevated spaces and confined spaces
Willing and able to work in hot, cold, humid, and noisy industrial environment
Willing and able to work weekends, on-call, holidays, and overtime as required
Preferred
At least five (5) years of experience performing maintenance and reliability tasks in an industrial environment, including troubleshooting, repair, and preventive and predictive tasks for mechanical systems
Technical diploma or higher from an accredited college or university in a maintenance, reliability, or engineering field
Experience using precision maintenance practices (e.g., precision machine alignment and lubrication)
Current ANST or ISO Level I certification with three (3) years of experience in vibration analysis, ultrasound (structure-borne, airborne, and lubrication), infrared thermography, and fluid sampling/analysis
Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician (CMRT)
Experience working in wood products or pulp and paper facilities
