Corpay is currently looking to hire an Accounts Payable Clerk within their Accounting and Finance division. In this role, you will manage full-cycle accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoice coding, entry, and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

Processing full-cycle accounts payable transactions

Coding and entering invoices into the AP system

Verifying invoice accuracy and matching to purchase orders (if applicable)

Researching and resolving invoice discrepancies and issues

Obtaining approvals and entering invoices into the system

Serving as backup for merchant ACH processing desk

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum 1-3 years of accounts payable experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong analytical and discrepancy resolution capabilities

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines under pressure

Effective communication and teamwork skills

Preferred

Associate's or Bachelor's degree

Knowledge of accounting principles

Experience with D365
