Responsibilities
Arranging shipments, preparing and providing shipping labels to employees who are shipping the items
Support Remote Employees, Indianapolis, and Philadelphia offices by creating shipping labels and emailing them to the requestor
Receiving and shipping postal deliveries for office
Delivering packages to the recipients who are in the office as long as the package is not over 25 lbs
Shipping products both domestically and internationally. (FedEx = Local, DHL = International)
Create, store, and organize documents for both deliveries and shipments, in both paper and digital formats
Keep the area clean and organized and stocked with shipping needs
Keep printers stocked with paper and toner
Work with FM team to order toner and paper when needed
Troubleshoot issues with shipments and deliveries via phone or email
Qualification
Required
