The I&C Engineer is responsible for preparing drawing packages and technical specifications for assigned projects, ensuring all work aligns with client requirements and direction provided by the Project Manager.

Responsibilities
Apply broad technical knowledge within a specialized engineering discipline
Complete assignments with minimal oversight
Provide guidance and technical support to team members on multidisciplinary projects
Perform engineering calculations, reviews, and analyses as required
Travel as needed to support project execution and provide on-site construction assistance
Develop comprehensive construction scopes of work
Present design packages to the Project Manager and participate in client review meetings at key project milestones
Serve as Project Manager as needed for single-discipline instrumentation and controls projects, overseeing scope, budget, and schedule
Qualification
Required
Professional licensure or active progress toward certification (EIT, PE, etc.) preferred
3+ years of instrumentation and controls experience in an industrial environment
Prior experience with chemical manufacturing, refinery, oil/gas, or related industries is helpful
Strong understanding of engineering principles and well-developed technical abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to resolve conflicts effectively
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Skilled in AutoCAD
Demonstrated leadership capabilities
Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent professional experience
