Lead and conduct technical and administrative engineering reviews for the City’s private development application and approval process
Responsible for providing engineering review of land development projects for landowners, developers and their consultants and contractors who desire to construct subdivisions, buildings and infrastructure, or expand, extend or modify the same, within or adjacent to the city limits
Ensure that the City’s interests are met by careful review and consideration of the planned work compared to the adopted and related standards, regulations, rules, applicable details and governing bodies
