Responsibilities

Implement and manage the USACE Three-Phase Quality Control System
Review drawings, submittals, and specifications for contract compliance
Conduct preparatory, initial, and follow-up inspections
Maintain daily QC reports, logs, and testing documentation
Coordinate with subcontractors, inspectors, and federal representatives
Identify non-conforming work and ensure corrective actions are completed
Support work performed in active, occupied, or secure facilities

Qualification

USACE Construction Quality ManagementFederal construction experienceOSHA 30 Hour certificationQAQC processesExperience in buildingUtility scopesWork in secure environments

Required

7+ years of federal construction experience in a QCM, Superintendent, or similar role
USACE Construction Quality Management for Contractors certification
OSHA 30 Hour Construction Safety certification
Strong knowledge of federal QA and QC processes and documentation
Experience across building, utility, or infrastructure scopes
Ability to work in secure or mission-critical environments
