Responsibilities
Independently interpret print drawings and develop machining strategies
Select tooling and workholding methods to optimize production
Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam to ensure precision and efficiency
Set work and tool offsets, run parts from raw material through completion
Troubleshoot and adjust programs to improve accuracy and surface finish
Deliver finished parts that meet all print and inspection standards
Qualification
Required
Solid experience with Mastercam and G-code programming
Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Proven track record of producing parts that consistently pass quality inspection
Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
