Responsibilities
Review drawings/specs and perform detailed takeoffs
Develop labor/material cost estimates
Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and project teams
Identify scope gaps, risks, and value options
Qualification
Required
Experience estimating commercial plumbing or mechanical projects
Ability to read mechanical plans, plumbing sheets, and utility layouts
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred
Familiar with medical gas systems
