The role involves creating high-fidelity mockups, maintaining the design system, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive digital experiences.

Responsibilities

Create high-fidelity mockups, visual assets, and interactive prototypes for both web and internal tools
Maintain and expand our design system, including typography, color, iconography, and component standards
Collaborate with UX and Product teams to bring user journeys to life with clean, intuitive interfaces
Work directly with front-end engineers to ensure smooth design handoff and pixel-perfect implementation
Translate complex data and workflows into visual clarity through thoughtful layouts and hierarchy
Provide input on brand expression and visual identity as we evolve our client-facing experience
Contribute to a culture of iteration, feedback, and learning: design, test, refine, repeat
Work with C-Suite and stakeholders to define & refine the product design strategy

Required

2–4 years of professional UI or digital product design experience
A portfolio demonstrating clean, modern UI design for web or SaaS applications
Proficiency in Figma (preferred) or similar tools (Sketch, Adobe XD)
Strong understanding of layout, color, typography, and responsive design
Demonstrated expertise in information architecture principles
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design best practices
Basic familiarity with component libraries and front-end frameworks
Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and giving/receiving feedback

Preferred

experience with UX research, design tokens, or light HTML/CSS
