Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities
Own post-enrollment customer relationships, ensuring strong engagement, satisfaction, and retention
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, proactively identifying risks and opportunities
Translate customer needs into actionable insights for internal teams
Support enrollment initiatives in partnership with marketing and sales teams
Analyze enrollment trends and member engagement to improve conversion and onboarding
Help refine customer messaging and success stories based on real-world outcomes
Track and analyze customer health, engagement, and satisfaction metrics
Develop insights and reports to inform strategy, renewals, and growth opportunities
Use data to identify friction points in the customer journey and recommend improvements
Support customer inquiries and escalations, ensuring timely and thoughtful resolution
Help build and improve customer success processes, documentation, and playbooks
Collaborate with clinical and product teams to resolve complex member issues
Pitch in wherever needed- this is a “do a little of everything” role
Contribute ideas to improve systems, workflows, and the overall customer experience
Help shape the Customer Success function as Goodpath continues to scale
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Support, or a related role at a digital health company
Experience working with Benefits teams at large employers
Experience working in a startup or fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data, dashboards, and metrics
Familiarity with enrollment, onboarding, or customer marketing efforts
Excellent communication skills- written, verbal, and interpersonal
Highly organized, adaptable, and proactive problem solver
Preferred
Passion for healthcare, wellness, or whole-person care is a strong plus
Someone who thrives in a collaborative, scrappy startup culture
A customer advocate who balances empathy with accountability
A self-starter who's comfortable rolling up their sleeves
