Inside Sales Representative

The Boelter Companies is a community-focused organization, and they are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their growing Inside Sales Team. This role is responsible for business development and account management, engaging new customers and managing existing accounts to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

Prospect and engage new customers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, email campaigns, and cold calling
Work with sales teams across Boelter to identify new opportunities with existing customers
Book meetings for strategic accounts in collaboration with the Enterprise Business Development team
Build and maintain a personal book of business
Follow up with customers post-project for replacement equipment and supply orders
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts
Work closely with product specialists to prepare quotes and proposals
Coordinate with sales leaders to identify opportunities and execute outreach strategies
Promote Boelter’s exclusive partnerships (e.g., Boomerang Water, Tabbed Inc.) to differentiate in the market and open doors with new customers
Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage leads/deals, perform automated sequencing, track activities, and maintain accurate records
Meet or exceed KPIs for outreach, meetings booked, and pipeline growth

Required

Bachelor's Degree in related field or 2-5 years of related experience
Ability to read, write and speak English
Proficiency in Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook
