The Assistant Director of Growth & Agent Services will drive the growth process, optimize systems for onboarding new agents, and enhance agent engagement to foster a thriving office culture.
Responsibilities
Own the Growth Process – Drive and refine systems to identify, attract, and engage top real estate talent
Build & Optimize Systems – Create, improve, and manage structured onboarding experiences for new agents, ensuring a smooth transition into our brokerage
Lead Agent Engagement – Plan and execute impactful events and experiences that bring agents together and reinforce our office culture
Be the Connector – Serve as a key liaison between agents, leadership, and external organizations such as the Ohio Division of Real Estate and the MLS
Champion the KW Value Story – Share our brokerage’s unique benefits, resources, and opportunities in a way that excites and inspires
Master & Teach Technology – Help agents leverage KW systems, business tools, and technology to streamline and grow their businesses
Drive Retention & Success – Build meaningful relationships with agents to ensure they feel supported, empowered, and motivated to succeed
