Lead design trade-offs and architecture decisions for low-voltage subsystems supporting MV/LV power conversion, with a focus on safety and reliability
Design and validate hardware for control, sensing, and protection circuits
Develop isolated interface circuits (e.g., signal isolators, isolated DC-DC converters, fiber optics) that ensure safe operation between high-voltage domains and low-voltage controllers
Collaborate with firmware and mechanical teams to ensure clean signal routing, system-level timing alignment, and successful EMI/EMC compliance
Execute DFMEA and component derating reviews for single fault tolerant designs to meet product lifetime requirements
Own full lifecycle development of PCBAs, including specifications, schematics, BOM, prototyping, testing, and release to production
Maintain detailed documentation of requirements and release notes for traceability and compliance
